Pleasing the Spirits offers a journey through the Barbier-Mueller Collection, an extraordinary collection of works from around the world.
Conceived with artist Paul Maheke, the exhibition invites visitors to explore these objects, which come in a wide variety of shapes and serve a wide range of purposes. Freely associated, they are scattered throughout the rooms, like territories to be explored, like memories coming to the surface, like spirits awakening.
