We present here some books that belonged to Pierre Magnenat (1924-2009), doctor, bibliophile, art lover, writer and poet. The books we present today are the Helvetica part of this library. First editions, illustrated books or documentary publications. Many volumes are dedicated by their authors; large papers are frequent, often enriched with manuscripts and some Unica complete this collection: the fabulous Recueil d'autographes des membres de l'Association des écrivains vaudois (n°6) composed of 44 manuscripts of the very young association founded in 1944; Jean Paulhan's manuscript, Ramuz à l'oeil d'épervier (n°355) or Pierre-Louis Matthey's, Au jardin du père. Elegy, among others.
